Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari has directed officials to ensure elaborate arrangements for the swearing-in ceremony. Emphasizing the need for coordination, she urged all departments to work together to make the event a grand success. The police department received specific instructions to manage bandobust, traffic, parking, and security. Fire-fighting arrangements and ambulance services are also being strategically positioned.

Officials from the Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department are tasked with venue cleaning, watering, and fogging, while the GHMC officials are instructed to repair roads leading to the venue. The Health Department is preparing a fully equipped ambulance, and the Energy Department is ensuring uninterrupted power supply.

The preparatory meeting, attended by Director General of Police Ravi Gupta, Hyderabad Police Commissioner Sandeep Shandliya, and several other officials, aimed at reviewing and finalizing arrangements for the historic swearing-in ceremony at LB Stadium.
