The police department received specific instructions to manage bandobust, traffic, parking, and security. Fire-fighting arrangements and ambulance services are also being strategically positioned.

Officials from the Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department are tasked with venue cleaning, watering, and fogging, while the GHMC officials are instructed to repair roads leading to the venue. The Health Department is preparing a fully equipped ambulance, and the Energy Department is ensuring uninterrupted power supply.
