Rajasthan Royals (RR) have secured their second consecutive win in the Indian Premier League 2024. The team defeated Delhi Capitals (DC) by 12 runs in the 9th match of the current season.
At the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur, Delhi won the toss and decided to bowl. Batting first, Rajasthan scored 185 runs for 5 wickets in 20 overs. In reply, Delhi could score only 173 runs for 5 wickets in 20 overs.
For Rajasthan, Riyan Parag scored 84 runs off 45 balls, while Ravichandran Ashwin contributed 29 and Dhruv Jurel contributed 20 runs. For Delhi, David Warner scored 49 runs, while captain Rishabh Pant scored 28 runs. Rajasthan’s Yuzvendra Chahal and Nandre Berger took 2-2 wickets.
