Dreaded gangster Goldy Brar, allegedly implicated as the mastermind behind the killing of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, has met his demise in a fatal encounter reportedly orchestrated by members of the rival Dalla Lakhbir gang in California, according to a report by News18. The incident, said to have occurred at Hotel Fairmount in California, awaits official confirmation.
Goldy Brar, also known as Satinderjeet Singh, hails from a lineage with ties to law enforcement, being the son of a former Punjab cop. His criminal journey began amidst local gang rivalries in Punjab, eventually escalating to more serious offences. Presently, he stands among Canada’s 25 most wanted individuals for charges ranging from murder to the illegal supply of firearms.
While initially not entangled in legal matters upon his relocation to Canada in 2019 for educational pursuits, Brar’s association with incarcerated gangster Lawrence Bishnoi thrust him into the spotlight. Allegedly assuming the reins of the gang’s operations from Canada while Bishnoi was incarcerated, Brar wielded influence over a network of shooters and engaged in illicit activities such as extortion and arms trafficking.
The demise of Goldy Brar, if confirmed, marks a significant development in the ongoing saga surrounding his alleged involvement in the Sidhu Moosewala murder case and his intricate ties to organised crime networks spanning Punjab and beyond.
