The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is poised to unveil the Class 10 and 12 exam results in the final week of May. CBSE has provided schools with DigiLocker access codes to facilitate secure access to academic documents for students. These codes play a vital role in enabling students to view their results and other official documents on the DigiLocker platform following the release of results.

After May 20, 2024, the CBSE will announce the results for Class 10 and 12. Students can access their results through various channels, including the official CBSE website, DigiLocker, SMS, or the Umang App. To view their scorecards, they will require their admit card number, roll number, and school number.

CBSE Board Exam 2024: Procedures for Schools to Obtain Access Codes

  • Visit the CBSE DigiLocker Portal: Navigate to cbse.digitallocker.gov.in.
  • School Login: Log in using the necessary credentials and opt for ‘Login as School’.
  • Access Code Download: Select ‘Download Access Code file’.
  • Class 10 Access Codes: Choose ‘Download Access Code for Class X’.
  • Class 12 Access Codes: Opt for ‘Download Access Code for Class XII’.
  • Distribution: Schools are responsible for sharing the Access Codes with students while ensuring confidentiality.

CBSE Board 2024: Step-by-Step Guide for Students to Create a DigiLocker Account

  • Obtain a 6-digit access code from your school.
  • Visit the DigiLocker website or download the app.
  • Input the 6-digit access code. If it’s only 5 digits, prefix a zero.
  • Ensure that your details match those in your school records.
  • Upon verification, your DigiLocker account will be activated.
  • Once results are available, log in to view and download your marksheets in the education documents section.
  • Provide your mobile number and verify it with the OTP (One-Time Password).

CBSE Board Result 2024: No Toppers List This Year

For the upcoming CBSE 10th and 12th Results 2024, the board has decided not to declare any toppers, continuing the policy introduced since 2019. Instead, students with the highest scores in individual subjects will be awarded merit certificates. Additionally, CBSE will not disclose any overall aggregates.
