Lucknow Super giants (LSG) won their third game in a row in the Indian Premier League (IPL). They beat Gujarat Titans (GT) by 33 runs. Before this, LSG had already beaten Bengaluru and Punjab.
The match took place at Ekana Stadium on Sunday. LSG won the toss and chose to bat first. They scored 163 runs in 20 overs, losing 5 wickets. In response, GT could only manage 130 runs before getting all out in 18.5 overs. Sai Sudharsan scored the most runs for GT with 31. Yash Thakur took 5 wickets for LSG, while Krunal Pandya got three.
A few overs later, there was a moment of brilliance as Ravi Bishnoi pulled off an incredible catch off his own bowling to send Kane Williamson back to the pavilion, setting off a chain reaction of wickets. In the following over, Krunal Pandya struck twice, removing BR Sharath and Sai Sudharsan. He continued his superb spell by dismissing Darshan Nalkande, concluding with impressive figures of 4 overs, 11 runs conceded, and 3 crucial wickets.
