The game took place on Tuesday at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium. Lucknow posted a total of 181 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in their allotted 20 overs. In response, the Bengaluru-based team was dismissed for 153 runs in 19.4 overs while playing at their home ground.
Mayank Yadav claimed three wickets for LSG, with Quinton de Kock contributing 81 runs off 56 balls. Nicholas Puran added 40 runs to the scoreboard, while Marcus Stoinis and captain KL Rahul scored 24 and 20 runs respectively.

This marks Bengaluru’s third defeat in the tournament, following losses to Chennai and Kolkata. Their sole victory so far was against Punjab. In contrast, Lucknow had secured a victory against Punjab earlier, but suffered a loss against Rajasthan in their inaugural match.
